Increase your fitness level and lose body fat with classes at SuperFit Gym. If you've been on the lookout for a more intense, efficient, and proven routine, you've found it! You can rely on the 35 years of experience we have.

Every component of our training sessions is designed to improve cardio stamina, strength, speed, agility, balance, and flexibility. We also help clients get back into the gym after an injury.

At SuperFit Gym, we value our commitment to community involvement. We stay involved with local activism, fundraisers for activist groups, workshops, and meetups.

Fitness Training Schedule

Limited spots are available. You must reserve your spot by calling Yvonne at (954) 258-6840 or Julian at (954) 675-2524. A maximum of 5 people per Group Fitness Training session. 

24-hour cancellation is a must. Please bring your own water and a towel. 
All Training packages expire 2 months from date of purchase

Monday:
  • 6:00 AM - SuperSession 30-45 minutes - maximum of five people  
Tuesday:
  • 6:00 AM - SuperSession 30-45 minutes - maximum of five people
Wednesday:
  • 6:00 AM - SuperSession 30-45 minutes - maximum of five people
Friday:
  • 6:00 AM - SuperSession 30-45 minutes - maximum of five people
Saturday:
  • 8:30 AM - SuperFit

Price Options

Partner Training :
  • Two people: $60.00 each Per Hour
One-On-One Training ($75.00 Per Hour):
  • 10 sessions for $700.00
$45.00 per ½ hour or 10 sessions for $400.00.

All Group Fitness Training ($30.00 Per Session): 
  • 10 Sessions for $250.00
You must call to reserve your spot. 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments and Training Sessions. Unless noted, limit of 5 people per Group Fitness Session.
