Class Schedule

Limited spots are available. You must reserve your spot by calling Yvonne at
954-258-6840 or Julian at 954-675-2524. Unless noted below, class sizes are a maximum of 16 people. 

24-hour cancellation is a must. Please bring your water and a towel.

Monday:
  • 6:00 AM - SuperSession 30-40 minutes - maximum of five people
  • 9:30 AM - SuperFit®/Supercycle
  • 6:00 PM - SuperFit®/Skills day

Tuesday:
  • 10:00 AM - SuperCircuits
  • 6:00 PM - SuperCircuits

Wednesday:
  • 6:00 AM - SuperSession 30-40 minutes - maximum of five people
  • 8:30 AM---SuperFit®
  • 9:30 AM---SuperFit®
Thursday
  • 8:30 AM - Cardio/core
  • 10:00 AM - Cardio/core                                                                                                       
  • 6:00 PM - SuperCircuits

Friday:
  • 6:00 AM - SuperSession 30-40 minutes - maximum of five people
  • 8:30 AM - Lower body blast
  • 10:00 AM - Lower body blast

Saturday:
  • 8:30 AM---SuperFit®/Supercycle

Price Options:

Small Group Training 
(Up to four persons):
Two people:  $50.00 each
Three people: $45.00 each
Four people: $40.00 each

One-On-One Training
$70.00 per hour 
10 sessions for $650.00
20 sessions for $1200.00

$40.00 per ½ hour or 15 sessions for $525.00

All Classes: 
$20.00 per class 
10 classes for $150.00
15 classes for $180.00

You must call to reserve your spot. 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments and classes. Unless noted, limit of 16 people per class.
